In order to improve our communications, we have instituted a new policy. Items for the newsletter must be submitted by midnight on the first and third Friday of the month. Items submitted past this deadline will NOT be included in the newsletter to be published on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. All items submitted to the newsletter are included at the discretion of the Website Committee Chair and the President. Please send the completed newsletter form to Kevin Gimber '07 at firstname.lastname@example.org
All persons who run an event associated with the Club are required to send in a completed event form with at least one picture within 72 hours of the execution of the event. Please send the completed event form to Bridget Keating '08 at email@example.com.
